Geokosmos and Terraimaging to Participate in the Intergeo 2008

GEOKOSMOS and TerraImaging, participated in the largest event and communication platform for geodesy, geoinformation and land management which took place take place from 30th September to 2nd October 2008 in Bremen. GEOKOSMOS has been participating in the Intergeo exhibition series on a regular basis – showcasing the best of its technologies and performed projects. At the Intergeo 2008 GEOKOSMOS was the only exhibiting Russian company – service provider which belonged to Commercial sector and represented the Russian business-community in the sphere of Geoinformatics. GEOKOSMOS’s exhibition stand demonstrated fifteen-year achievements as well as the best of the Company’s latest developments including in-house developed software product Aspectus for 3D modeling. GEOKOSMOS and TerraImanging’s participation featured another important event which became a new milestone in a ñorporate history – the integration of TerraImaging into GEOKOSMOS. There was a series of interviews with the senior management of both companies aimed at unveiling the reasons of this integration. The second day of the exhibition was marked by the Geo Rock Concert performed by Geokosmos Band whose participants are the Company employees. It has already become a good tradition for GEOKOSMOS to perform famous rock-hits and serve the Russian vodka which was accompanied this time by the Dutch herring provided by TerraImaging. “Your Geo Rock Concert was definitely one of my personal highlights of the event!” – states Boukje Vreman, Editorial Manger of GIM International. “I think the booth design was the most impressive since Company‘s participation at this trade-fair. The Company’s commercial and technical advantages, professionalism of employees, booth design, Geo Rock Concert – all together resulted in a successful participation at the Intergeo 2008.” – commented Peter Goellner, Vice President of GEOKOSMOS.
