Quality Control

Geokosmos’s quality management system was initially certified for compliance with ISO 9001:2000 (DIN EN ISO 9001:2000) in 2004. Every year Geokosmos undergoes supervisory audit of its quality management system functioning in accordance with acting regulations and in full compliance with ISO 9001:2000 provisions.

In December 2007, Geokosmos underwent its second audit, once again resulting in certification compliance to conditions of ISO 90001:2000 (DIN EN ISO 9001:2000). This audit was carried out by OOO Intercerifica-TUF jointly with TUF Turingen –the member of Independent International Organization for Certification, one of the world's leading institutions in this field.

Our QMS covers all company’s structural divisions and fully complies with every aspect of ISO 9001:2000 international standard.

It applies to the following areas of activity:

• Geodetic and engineering surveys as well as topographic studies, aerial photography, cartographic and mine-surveying works
• Distribution of geodetic equipment

The company’s QMS policy was formulated by its Executive management. Its KPI's are subject to annual revision.
