Our Technologies

High technologies sustain its rapid growth within last decades. Most outstanding innovation in geodesy and topographic surveying was invention and implementation of laser-scanning systems. This method of surveying will have remarkable technological consequences that could be compared only to the introduction of GPS receivers into geodesy in early 1990s. Nowadays, laser scanning is an integral and perhaps most promising part of geodesy. The main reason for the successful application of laser scanning method is that it allows much greater detail and often greater accuracy of scene data as compared to conventional methods while the duration of the process is reduced radically. Moreover, "the natural three-dimensionality" of laser scanning data allows the creation of extremely efficient algorithms of geomorphologic analysis of laser data, which in its turn ensures recognition, identification and geodetic positioning of objects of many classes.

Airborne and Terrestrial Laser Scanning technologies are based on almost the same principles of measurement. But because of the number of the features of construction, they allow to do different sums.

Mobile Laser Mapping – is successful combination of Airborne and Terrestrial Laser Scanning technologies principles.

Airphoto cameras are also making progress. Analog equipment has been replaced by digital ones, raw data being collected automatically as digital imagery. It excludes human errors and conversion losses. Modern cameras provide images with resolution 3-5 cm per pixel.

Usually the survey is carried out by singe camera in three spectrum ranges simultaneously: panchromatic, RGB and near infrared (NIR). Data collected this way suit many different needs and applications.

High precision and quality of the images made by Vexcel Ultra-Cam-like cameras can't be acquired using classic survey methods including digital space survey. The latest has two times lower order of magnitude of the precision potential than one provided by large-scale digital survey method.
