Geokosmos, one of the leading companies in the Russian and CIS topographic and geodetic survey market and Hansa Luftbild Consulting International, a member of Europe’s leading group of companies in the field of aerial surveying and geographic information systems (GIS), have signed a co-operation agreement at recent ISPRS Congress held in Istanbul, 12-23 July, 2004.
